Return & Refund Policy
At Urban Cities, we take great pride in crafting your unique "Geography of Emotions." Because each of our sculptures is custom-made to your specific requirements (unique city names, specific dates, zip codes, or symbols), our return policy differs from standard retail stores.
1. Custom & Personalized Products
In accordance with international consumer protection laws regarding personalized goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized.** Once an order for a custom sculpture is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded simply because of a change of mind. By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that these bespoke items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
2. Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@urban-cities.com with:
* Your order number.
* Clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and, if the damage is verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Accuracy of Customization
Please double-check your spelling, dates, and symbols before confirming your order. We produce exactly what you type in our design tool. Urban Cities cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g., typos in city names or incorrect dates).
4. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to find a solution or provide a replacement.
